My highest joy is to align myself with and uplift those who benefit from the culture changing, not those who benefit from it staying the way it’s been.
These are the individuals and communities who are making the moves necessary to disrupt the expired foundation of our society- specifically through our own self-awareness, trauma healing, building community, and creative expression.

At the center of my heart lives the conviction that it is through connecting to our own inner landscape by way of connection with the natural world, self parenting, and the wisdom of our ancestors, that we can transform the world around us.

Through curating a temple within ourselves that fosters the seeds of equity, resource, sustainability, co-creation and human kindness, we in turn move from this place- and everything we create outside of ourselves becomes a clear and trustable reflection.

My own journey from a dysfunctional upbringing and a nearly fatal battle with mental illness guided me to a path of presence and devotion.
With over 14 years on the path of healing I’ve discovered methods to move from a place of confidence and presence, even (and especially) when shit gets messy.
It’s my joy and honor to share these resources with others, grow together, empower one another, and in turn empower our communities and culture to create from a place of self awareness and resource.

Today, I tend a warm hearth of healing through music, teaching, ceremony, mentorship, & the arts.
I am an active apprentice of the Shipibo people of the Amazon Jungle who specialize in the language of the plants.
My passion lives in being an ambassador for the natural world: guiding others back to inner authority and sovereignty as well as creating as much beauty as utterly possible in my ecosystem.

I am a daughter of the fire & moon, devotee to childlike wonder & enchantment, lover of small adorable things like insects & flower petals, auntie to 4 enchanted children, and a complete champion for humanity.
